About Us

In 1997, Alacrity Staffing provided medical staffing for hospitals and medical entities across the country. From this venture AdvisaCare Healthcare Solutions, Inc was formed as a solution for those struggling with the gap between health care needs and superior customer service. Rebound Home and Community Therapy was acquired by AdvisaCare in 2014 as a separate therapy company under the AdvisaCare umbrella. Each AdvisaCare Home Health office throughout the state of Michigan and in Arizona, Nevada, and Washington serves as a satellite location for Rebound Home and Community Therapy offices.

We believe healthcare should be local. Therefore, each location employs a network of clinicians to serve clients in their geographic area. Through this network Rebound Home and Community Therapy is able to provide skilled therapy where you live. Therapy is provided with a customer service experience that will delight you. 

Rebound specializes in caring for those recovering from catastrophic injuries who require ongoing therapeutic interventions to promote their care, recovery, and rehabilitation. Skilled therapy services are also covered through Medicare and commercial insurances for frail and elderly individuals. In the spirit of collaboration, we strive to work with home health and facility medical providers to promote exceptional care throughout the health care continuum. Home and community based therapy is designed to promote one’s re-integration into the community to maximize their physical, cognitive, and emotional well being. Seeking to understand one’s condition along with their human experience as a whole is what makes Rebound unique.
