- We also will follow any rules or protocols the facility has for documenting our visit for their records.

As a part of the individuals with disabilities act (IDEA), which was signed into law November 29, 1975, school districts are required to provide therapy services to students, who qualify, as part of an individualized education plan (IEP). The goal of the IDEA is to promote student achievement regardless of one’s physical and/or cognitive disability. Generally speaking, schools may hire their own full time therapists and/or work through a county Intermediate School District (ISD) that can assist students in reaching his or her IEP goals. Another option for schools is contracting with local providers to fill vacancies as needed. This is where Rebound Home and Community Therapy can help!
