Great Question! You are not alone. Many of our clients call and seek advise not knowing where to go from here.
Our goal when scheduling services is to meet your time needs and expectations. We will always work to find staff that work best with your child/family and can meet your scheduling expectations.
No. At this time, we do not have a minimum number of behavioral intervention hours that are required to receive services from Rebound Home and Community Therapy.
Depending on the number of intervention hours your child is receiving, this may allow for one primary care provider. Should the time required to meet with your child be greater than one specialist can manage, we will constantly work with you to ensure consistency in scheduling and care delivery, to the best of our ability.
Given our affiliation with AdvisaCare Companies, Inc, we have a pool of approximately 3000 direct care workers across Michigan waiting to connect with you and your family. Our goal is to never be the reason for a delay in service delivery for your child and family.
Rebound Home and Community Therapy works with most major commercial insurance carriers including Medicaid. Out of pocket expenses may occasionally come in the form of a co-pay depending on your individual insurance plan.
We understand that care needs do not necessarily stop following your child’s continued growth and development. Our Psychological support services are here to connect one-on-one with your child and your family to best support your needs
